Nocia 1100 phone resource for FiveM, compatible with QBCore and ESX.

** Basic usage**
- Open/close phone command: value of `Config.Command` (default: `nocia1100`)
- Keybind: value of `Config.Keybind` (default: `M`)
## Main config
Edit [config.lua](D:/servers-fivem/zrp-new/txData/QBCoreFramework_C1259E.base/resources/sinor-nocia1100/config.lua).
- `Config.Framework`: `auto | qb | esx`
- `Config.UsePhoneItem`: require an inventory item to open phone
- `Config.PhoneItemName`: item name when `UsePhoneItem = true`
- `Config.RequireAlive`: block phone while dead/down
- `Config.RequireNotCuffed`: QB-only cuff check
- `Config.AllowWalkWithPhone`: keep movement while phone UI is open
- `Config.DefaultPhonePoweredOn`: default power state for each player
- `Config.BootDelayMs`: boot animation delay
- `Config.CallTimeoutSeconds`: ring timeout before no-answer
